An in-home walkthrough and conversation, followed by a proposal built around your actual home and how it's lived in.

Phase 2 — Maintenance Preparation Clean

A one-time preparation phase that brings your home to Maintenance Readiness — the baseline every future visit is built on.

Phase 3 — Personalized Recurring Maintenance

Whole-home care every visit, with periodic attention to detailed areas as part of your personalized maintenance plan.
